Adam Levine is proof that there are wonderful people in this world, after a weekend of tragic news.
Marcus Grimmie, the brother of late Christina Grimmie, has reported that Levine has offered to pay for the singer’s whole funeral.
“I found out this morning, that Adam Levine personally called my mother and said he will pay for the funeral and her plane flight, and I was blown away. Now a friend just told me to look at the gofundme page and I see it is at 100k. Words cannot express…literally I have no words,” Marcus wrote on his Facebook page (see the entire post HERE).
Adam was Christina’s coach on season six of The Voice.
Christina was killed on Friday night during a meet-and-greet with her fans after a performance, when a gunman walked up to her and opened fire. Marcus tackled the shooter. The shooter then turned the gun on himself.
