Next time you get a job interview, do WHATEVER it takes to schedule it for the morning, or you won’t get the job.
A new survey asked more than 2,200 bosses to pick the best time of the day for interviews. And 61% said it’s between 9:00 and 11:00 A.M. No other time came anywhere CLOSE to that. The second-best time is either before 9:00 A.M., or between 11:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M. But any other time in the afternoon is more or less a death sentence.
They also found that 43% of bosses pretty much know whether or not they’re going to hire someone in 10 minutes or less.That includes 4% who make up their minds in less than five minutes.
