Trish Biondo’s Nashville Hotline: Dustin Lynch & Jason Aldean Ready For New Albums! Country Star’s Tragic Accident

New music is out today from country newcomer Dustin Lynch, and he’s got some plans to celebrate the release of his self-titled album.

“I’m gonna celebrate by going to a Target or a Walmart or somewhere that sells music, and grab it off a shelf,” Dustin says. “I’ll definitely buy it on iTunes, but going to a store and grabbing it, checking out with it is gonna be an incredible feeling. That’s gonna be my celebration.”

Also on the new music front, Jason Aldean announced the release date of his fifth studio album. Night Train will be out on October 16th. The album will have 15 tracks including his current hit Take A Little Ride. And fans are in for a treat on the song The Only Way I Know, which features Eric Church and Luke Bryan!

Our prayers and thoughts are with Cactus Moser, who you may remember as the drummer of Highway 101. He and his wife Wynonna Judd were riding motrocycles over the weekend when Cactus drifted into oncoming traffic.¬† Cactus¬†had to have his leg amputated and surgery on his hand. Wynonna released a statement saying: “The outpouring of prayer and support from friends, family, and fans has been a blessing to both Cactus and [me]. Cactus is a champion. I love him deeply and I will not leave his side.”

Congratulations to Blake Shelton who is #1 on the charts again with his 7th chart-topper Over.

And happy 74th birthday to Kenny Rogers!
